Steve Goldberg

Steve Goldberg recently relocated to North Carolina from his beloved Cleveland where he founded WhatsInTheBag Press. He has read all across the country and participating in festivals such as Kansas City’s Unregulated Word, Oakland’s Beast Crawl, and the Tremont Art and Cultural Festival. As an organizer, Steve lead the legendary Literary Café Reading Series for four years, the bombastic Metrical Singularity Supernova, and Broken Pulpit poetry weekend and crawl.

Chansonette Buck

Chansonette Buck chapbooks include desire lines (Crisis Chronicles Press, 2012), blood oranges talisman and most recently Unfinished Litany, all from Nightballet Press. She is a two time Pushcart nominee and a PhD in English from the University of California, Berkeley. Her memoir Unnecessary Turns: Growing Up Beat have appeared in Why We Ride: Women Writers on the Horses in Their Lives and Polarity eMagazine. She lives in Ashland, Oregon.

Laura Jew

Laura Jew is a poet and general wanderer. While earning her B.A. in Creative Writing at Mills College, she was chosen as the participant for the Ina Coolbrith Memorial Poetry Contest and received a fellowship with Kundiman. Laura has also been published in Watershed Review, Margie: The American Journal of Poetry, About Place, and sPARKLE & bLINK.

Roger Porter

Roger Porter is a writer and educator from Oakland, CA, USA, whose first book, The Souls of Hood Folk, is available at lulu.com. He describes himself as, "An average everyday man from East Oakland who writes about average everyday hood life." He blogs at ghettosun.com.


Richard Loranger

Richard Loranger’s new book is Sudden Windows from Zeitgeist Press. He is author of Poems for Teeth (We Press, 2005) and The Orange Book (International Review Press, 1990) and eight chapbooks, including 6 Questions, Hello Poems, and The Day Was Warm and Blue. He has done over 400 featured readings, in venues ranging from Lollapalooza (in 1994 and 1995) City Lights, Café Babar in San Francisco to The Poetry Project at St. Mark’s Church and The Bowery Poetry Club, His latest exhibition was Parallax Poems recently at the Nomadic Press salon.


Nancy P. Davenport

Nancy P. Davenport’s poems have appeared in The Burning Grape, Mountain Gazette, The Bicycle Review, Haight-Ashbury Literary Journal, The Lilliput Review, Blue Fifth Review, Poetry Quarterly, Red Fez, Full of Crow, Mayday, City Lit Rag, I am not a Silent Poet, The Lake, and Yellow Chair Review. She’s had poems included in three anthologies, and poems translated into Spanish and German. Nancy’s chapbook, LA Briizna, was published in May, 2014; she is currently working on her second book, Smoked Glass.
