Co-Curators: Rick May & Wayne Goodman

Rick May and Wayne Goodman co-curate Perfectly Queer East Bay. Rick writes short fiction, and Wayne creates historical novels. Rick’s latest is Inhuman Beings: Monsters, Myths, and Science Fiction. Wayne’s Better Angels, a retelling for modern readers of the first American Gay novel. Rick’s background is in publishing in New York and the Bay Area. Wayne is a medical professional.

Anand Vedawala is a writer, artist, animator, and zinester. His recent books are Hot Chachas and Cities, vol. 1, and 100 Years From Now Our Bones Will Be Different.

Anna Pulley

Anna Pulley wrote The Lesbian Sex Haiku Book (with Cats!). Her work can also be found in New York Magazine, Mother Jones, San Francisco Magazine, BuzzFeed, Salon, and other publications.

Gar McVey-Russell

Gar McVey-Russell’s work appeared in the Lambda Literary Award winning anthology Sojourner: Black Gay Voices in the Age of AIDS. Sin Againist the Race (2017) is his first novel.
